Вычислительный узел с графическим процессором NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680

На вычислительном кластере Jet установлены узлы cngpu1, cngpu2, cngpu3. cngpu1 оборудован графической картой Zotac GeForce GTX 680 и стеком программного обеспечения CUDA 5.0.

Доступ к вычислительному узлу

Доступ к вычислительному узлу осуществляется по протоколу SSH и доступен всем пользователям кластера Jet. Зайдите на кластер под своей учетной записью и с него по протоколу SSH установите соединение с узлом cngpu:

Компиляция программы на CUDA

Программный инструментарий CUDA установлен в директории /opt/cuda-5.0. Ниже приведен пример сборки программы matrixMul.cu:

$ nvcc -I/opt_local/cuda-5.0/include -o matrixMul.o -c matrixMul.cu
$ g++ -o matrixMul matrixMul.o -L/opt_local/cuda-5.0/lib64 -lcudart

Запуск программы:

$ ./matrixMul.o
